Our Mission

Strength in Speaking exists to help break the silence surrounding men's mental health.

Too many men feel they have to hide their struggles, pretend everything is fine or face difficult times alone.

We believe speaking up is a sign of strength. Everyone deserves to be heard, supported and reminded that their life matters.

Why Speaking Matters

"You don't have to pretend to be strong every single day. Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is admit that you're struggling and let somebody help."

A Community That Cares

Nobody should feel they have to face difficult times alone. We want to create a supportive environment where men can feel heard, respected and understood.

No Judgement

Every person deserves respect, whatever they're going through.

Listen to Others

Sometimes being there for somebody and listening can mean more than you realise.

Respect Privacy
